A charming little old stone house in a small village with fantastic sea views...
This is a really traditional house - as Greek as it gets - in a little farming village close to the sea.
The house is built of stone and needs some attention, but is generally in a good condition and would suit someone looking for a satisfying project.
Dryopi is a quiet village with a small community centred around the main village square.
Epidavros and Poros are conveniently close. Hydrofoils go to Athens from Poros so access is easy.
There is a reasonable sized piece of land with the house which could make a pleasant little garden.
Inside the house is split into two rooms, one with a lovely old fireplace. There was a bathroom at the back of the house (with no access from inside) but this needs rebuilding, and ideally a connecting door would be added.
At one point the house was extended at the front, but this has been abandoned.
For the right person this could become a wonderful 'lock up and go' holiday gettaway.
